No cash refunds unless defective merchandise that cannot be replaced. You must contact us within SEVEN days of receipt of merchandise for exchange or return and return of said merchandise must be POSTMARKED WITHIN SEVEN DAYS OF RETURN APPROVAL. We will accept returns for EXCHANGE if merchandise is returned in original condition at your expense. If there is no problem with the order, but you just want a refund, there is a 20% restocking fee to cover our labor costs.
Damaged on Arrival
If any part of order is received damaged, please save all packaging and contact us within 24 hours of the time of delivery by UPS or other carrier, and not 24 hours of personally discovering the damage. We will file a claim with shipper and work with you to either send replacement parts or to replace entire item. Replacements will be sent by ground unless you paid for faster service on original shipment or you want to pay the difference for faster shipment of replacements.
Orders cannot be cancelled or refused after the orders have been shipped. Refused orders are subject to an automatic 20% restocking fee plus return freight charge. Orders cannot be cancelled or refused due to delay in shipping or order processing.
