Most orders are shipped via FEDEX or USPS. Some larger items may be shipped by common carrier. You will be notified of the freight charge before shipment.

After your order is shipped, we will e-mail you a confirmation with a tracking number, your order should arrive in two to seven days. You can use the tracking number to track the shipping status of your order by visiting the carrier's website. Once an order is shipped it cannot be cancelled.

When your order arrives, please inspect the package carefully. If your order gets damaged or lost by the carrier, please contact us immediately so that we can file a claim with the carrier.
