We specialize in custom orders too, the skilled workers in our manufactoring facility in California can custom build almost anything for you. We will be happy to assist you, just contact us.

Website orders

Ordering online through our website is quick and easy. Just click "Buy now" or "Add to Cart" to add a product to your online shopping cart. Click "Checkout" to begin the checkout process:

1. There are three ways you can checkout your order. If you are a new customer, you can create an account for checkout. You can use your account to track your order status and order history, and simplify future orders. If you already have an account, please sign in. Or you can checkout without an account. Your account information is used ONLY for the checkout process, we do NOT sell, trade or give away your account information.
2. Next you enter your shipping information. You can also enter any comments about your order here.
3. Next you enter your payment information. We take Visa and MasterCard. The entire checkout process is protected by encryption using the industry standard 128 bit SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). You can verify that the checkout process is secured in two ways: 1) instead of the usual "http://" web address, you will see "https://" and 2) you will also see a padlock icon in your web browser.
4. Next your entire order will be displayed for verification. Please make sure your shipping address is correct. This is the last step of the order process, your credit card is only charged if you click "Confirm Order". Once your order is made, you will receive an e-mail for your order. If you checked out with an account, the e-mail will also contain a link for you to check the status of your order.

Telephone orders

You can also make your order through the phone by contacting us. Telephone orders can be paid by cashier checks, money orders or with a credit card. Please make your cashier check or money order payable to Catalina Aquarium and mail it to:

Please include your telephone number and e-mail along with the item(s) you ordered. Credit card numbers, when verified, must match the billing address of the purchaser. Sorry, no COD's. Sales tax is 8.75% on all sales ordered in California. There is no sales tax on sales made outside of California.
