| Catalina Aquarium's Monster Reef hoods are advanced/pro level compact fluorescent and compact fluorescent/HID (single ended or mogul style) Metal Halide combo lighting systems. Monster Reef hoods feature a 12 inch wide 6 inch high black aluminum housing with two moisture resistant covered switches, two power cords, two ice cold AC fans, and a 99.9% reflective German mirror polished aluminum reflector. Monster Reef hoods can be configured with up to six rows of compact fluorescent bulbs or a combination of HID Metal Halide (10000K) and two rows of compact fluorescent (10000K and Actinic). Call if you would like different spectrum bulbs or combinations. |
